PICKUP

Crooked Meadow Boutique offers pick up in Sutton. Please allow us to process your order and a notification will be sent once order is ready to be picked up.

SHIPPING

Shipping time is at least 5-7 business days from time of purchase unless stated differently in items description or shop announcement at top of website. Please see the announcement at the top of the website for current times.

BUSINESS DAYS are MONDAY through FRIDAY excluding Holidays.

CANCELLATIONS

Because of possible high volume of orders, we may not able to cancel your order before it has been processed. We cannot guarantee your order can be cancelled. If there is a mistake in your order, please email us IMMEDIATELY at crookedmeadowboutique@gmail.com. If seen in time before processing, we will cancel your order.

Items cannot be cancelled so that you can reorder with a discount. For example, if you meant to use a discount code but forgot, we cannot cancel your order. Please also double check that you are ordering the correct size in products before placing your order.

RETURNS

Items are eligible to be returned for STORE CREDIT if they are returned to us within 7 days of you receiving the item. The item must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and including any tags it came with (cannot have pet hair or the smell of smoke). Crooked Meadow Boutique reserves the right to refuse an exchange or credit if these qualifications are not met.

The customer is responsible for return shipping.

We do not offer exchanges at this time, but you can use your store credit to buy the item in a different size.

For sale items/clearance items are all FINAL SALES - no refunds.
